Download the zipped archive and unzip it to a reasonable place, e.g. a new folder called Screensavers under My Documents>My Pictures. For all Windows systems screen saver settings are under Settings>Control Panel>Display>Screen Savers. Use My Pictures Slideshow and point it at the folder with the images you want to display. That's it.
